Step 4 of 6 · Reason not to leave
Claim holder or floor rider?
Write the reason a customer would give for staying with you, in their own words. Then pick what they'd lose by leaving tomorrow. If the honest answer is "your model is better", the page will mark you FLOOR RIDER.
The one idea
A moat is a concrete reason a customer doesn't easily switch. It splits builders into two piles:
| The sentence | Status |
|---|---|
| "Our prompts are better." | Weak |
| "We have model access." | Conditional |
| "We own the workflow." | Test it: does it hold their records, approvals and exceptions? |
| "I'd have to re-upload six years of invoices." | Potential moat |
Holding a claim isn't owning it forever. Humanloop held evaluation records and still closed after an acquisition in September 2025. Records can be exported and integrations copied. So the verdict here is always "test it", never "safe".
Your blank
